By entering only about 20 bits of information about your company, The Throughput Advisor, an Excel 2007 based platform, performs critical throughput measurements of your company and compares your ratios to what they should be. If there is a discrepancy in the values, The Throughput Advisor then presents you with over 35 detailed strategic action plans to improve your ratios (and thus your business).  The more money you can cycle through your business per year per employee, the better your odds of having some of it left over for  yourself at year end!

Computer Requirements: The Throughput Advisor runs on Excel 2007 (the Office 2007 version of Excel) or any later version. It is not compatible with earlier versions of Excel. If you are not running a Microsoft Office product, I cannot advise whether or not The Throughput Advisor will run on your system. Some non-Microsoft platforms are very good at running Excel, others are not. Order at your own risk, as there is no return or refund on The Throughput Advisor.
