Service Agreement Pricing

Lodestar’s Service Agreement Pricing Software is an Excel-based workbook (Excel 2003 or later) that helps a contractor accurately and safely price service agreements. The Residential page lets a contractor establish residential service agreement pricing for inspection-only agreements, maintenance agreements, and full-coverage plans.

The Commercial page helps a contractor establish a price for a commercial job (DX cooling only, no chilled water systems) of almost any size and complexity, with or without zone controls.

Included is a template for composing a commercial service agreement form that can be printed and submitted to the project owner.
