Price of the book:  $22.99.  For Arizona residents I’ll add 9.30% sales tax, for a total of $25.13 per book.

In the form below choose your shipping option:

  • USPS Priority Mail (usually 4-10 days):  $11.00
  • UPS Ground (usually 3 to 5 days):  $24.00
  • USPS Express Mail (usually 1-2 days):  $29.50

After I review your request I’ll send you an invoice via PayPal.
