How Do I Sign Up?

If after reading all of this you feel a private consultation is what you want, follow these steps:

1. Call me (480-275-2764) or email me and express a desire to participate in a private consultation.
2. We will agree on the dates, and I will send you an engagement agreement.  Read the agreement and if it is acceptable, endorse it and return a copy to me with the retainer.  No engagement is considered firm until the signed agreement and retainer is sent back to me.
3. I will then send you the pre-visit data workbook.  Fill it out as soon as you can and mail it back to me.
4. We will have our first on-site visit.
5. About 5-15 days after that visit, you will receive your action plan in the mail.  Read it when you get it and be sure you understand it and agree to it.
6. I will call you about a week after the plan is mailed to make sure you got it and to check if you are okay with it.  If not, we will agree to some changes and I will send you a modified plan.
7. About 90 days after the first visit, we will have our first post-discovery follow-up visit.
8. Roughly at 90 day intervals, we will have the 2^nd and 3^rd follow-up visits. After the 3^rd follow-up, you can decide if you’d like to continue receiving quarterly, semi-annual or annual coaching visits or if you think you can go it alone at that time.
